            • Dock Diving Dog Signup Form

              The Orillia Waterfront Festival Dock Diving Dogs Contest takes place August 5-7, 2022. Registration is open to the public. To register your dog, please complete this form.

              Note that in accordance with City of Orillia bylaw 785.3.5p, all dogs must be kept on a leash no longer than 10 feet (3m) in length and kept under the owner's control at all times. Registered diving dogs are permitted to be off leash only when they are on the diving dock, being readied for their jump, and/ or swimming as per the event. Owners are required to be in control of their dog at all times including when off-leash/ swimming.

              Release and Waiver *
              In consideration of the participation of myself and my canine in the Orillia District Chamber of Commerce’s Orillia Waterfront Festival “Dock Dogs Diving Contest” event, I/we the undersigned, being of legal age (18), or the parent/guardian, do hereby release, remise and forever discharge the Festival management, organizers, sponsors, the Orillia District Chamber of Commerce and staff by reason of, or arising out of, the said event occurring on the dates of August 9, 10, and 11, 2019 or the participation there of involving or resulting in the injury to myself/child/ward/canine (pet/dog). We do further covenant and agree to indemnify and save harmless the said Orillia District Chamber of Commerce, their successors, heirs and assigned against and from all actions, damages and claims which may be hereafter brought against them by or on behalf of the said self/child/ward/canine (pet/dog) in respect of, or arising out of the said Orillia Waterfront Festival event. Privacy Policy Statement of Purpose: The Orillia District Chamber of Commerce may collect personal information in order to administer registration for special events.
