Waterfront Festival

Description

The Orillia Waterfront Festival features entertainment, food, a vendor market, and new and used boat sales.
The festival will feature a vendor market on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with a wide range of unique vendors showcasing everything from hot tubs to one-of-a kind clothing and decor items to unique food options. 

The famous Cardboard Boat Race takes place on Sunday at noon. The public is encouraged to enter, and all ages and abilities are welcome.

The Dock Diving Dog contest takes place Saturday August 6 and Sunday August 7 from 11 to 3. (practice at 5 p.m. on Friday) If you have a furry friend who loves swimming, this contest is for you! Anyone can enter by filling out the form at http://www.orillia.com/form/view/26961. Paper registration forms will also be available at the practice on Friday. To enter, your dog just needs to be well-trained enough that they can remain comfortable and respond to your commands while off-leash and in a crowded area with other dogs.
